To Build a Castle or House of Cards

I will not settle

I will rise above physical, emotional

psychological and man-made constraints.

Remaining stagnate does not nurture growth

or the momentum toward achievement.

Remain fluid in life…in constant motion

from ripples to waves.

As the body is primarily fluid

we should not deny its nature.

Progressions big or small are to be encouraged

and celebrated like our first steps as a child.

Forward motion…forward thinking.

The past, dependent of what you take from it,

is the foundation to build your castle or house of cards.
